I stayed at the Park hotel in September 2023 with my husband, aunt and uncle. We had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, so many cool places to explore right outside the front doors. It’s close to the beach (15 min walk), close to the cruise terminal and has a wonderful coffee shop next door. Lots of restaurants and bars as well. Semi close to La Ramblas- walking distance or short cab ride. We walked everywhere. Remember comfortable shoes. We were able to try the famous Paradiso…it was cool, the drinks were ok. I liked mine the rest of the group did not. Worth the hype??? Probably not. The front desk staff were so helpful and let us know about different activities around the city. We went to a soccer game which was amazing and ran into the front desk staff sitting two rows behind us. It was an awesome experience. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff do a great job. It had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. We did not eat at the small restaurant inside the lobby as we enjoyed the fresh coffee and croissants at the coffee shop next door - Lulus Yes there is a rooftop with cool views. I would not say the pool is usable. It’s TINY and not really to swim. But the amazing beach is so close, it’s much better. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Barcelona. When we return to Spain we will most defiantly be booking this hotel again.

Used this hotel for the Barcelona Half Marathon. The start line is 100 mtrs away! The hotel is right in the heart of the Gothic district, it’s surrounded by every type of bar and restaurant you will need. From check in to check out I had fantastic service, rooms were clean and modern, there is a fridge and a safe to use for free. There is a bar attached to the hotel which is reasonably priced too. Will return again for sure to this lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Great all around! Definitely recommended. Good location very near the city center and the beach. Nice staff with many languages. Nice view from the rooftop with a party pool and deck chairs. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast including fresh fruits, jamon, cheese, eggs, pastry. Hope I can come back soon!

Very clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. Comfy bed with choice of pillows plus excellent shower! Great location near Gothic Quarter and not far from Las Ramblas or beach. Great choice of restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Would definitely recommend. Great value.

I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. … II WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.. I WAS OVERCHARGED BY €180.50 ON MY BILL. MY STAY HERE WAS SUPPOSED TO COST €1071 AND I PAID IN TOTAL €1281.21. FOR 7 NIGHTS… THEY TOLD MY THAT I BOOKED 2 ROOMS FOR THE FIRST NIGHT… “FUNNY THAT AS THERE IS ONLY ONE OF ME”… NOTHING WAS MENTIONED TO ME WHEN I ARRIVED. I noticed the extra payment coming out of my bank account and I went to reception to ask what this charge was.. they said that I was booked in twice and cancelled it.. I PRESUMED THAT I WOULD JUST GET REFUNDED MY €180 .. BUT IT STILL HADNT ARRIVED A WEEK LATER. I HAVE SINCE RANG THEM AND THE MAN ON RECEPTION TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAYLT .. I WASN'T GETTING A REFUND AND TO SEND AN EMAIL AND HE WOULD SEND ME AN INVOICE.. FOR WHAT ? To show me that they charged me €1281.21 instead of €1071????… AND THEN BASICALLY HUNG UP ON ME!!! …EVEN THOUGH I WAS ASKING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!!!! I AM SOOOOOO ANNOYED … BUT WHAT CAN I DO!!! I WOUKD CERTAINLY NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. … I could go on about the smell in my room that one day was so bad I couldn’t go into my room and the smell actually filed the whole hallway on the 5th floor… u can check with the cleaners as they were there and witnessed it and opened the windows in my room to clear the putrid smell.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! 😡😡😡😡
